It’s the first day of Spring, and I couldn’t be happier!
Back when I was living in New Mexico, I had no idea when Spring began. It wasn’t important because the weather didn’t change, except to get windier.*
*Spring is the season of Dust in Roswell. If you think I’m lying, look at this forecast from my iPhone:

But HERE, where there was winter and snow and polar vortexes, the promise of Spring is more exciting than 100 cartons of ice cream.**
**unless we’re talking the new Ben & Jerry’s with a peanut butter fudge core
I am SO READY FOR WARM WEATHER.
Granted, it’s predicted to rain on Saturday and be in the 30’s thereafter, but it can’t stay winter forever. This isn’t Narnia.
(Though if it were, I’d probably be Edmond and sell my soul for Turkish delight.)
As part of the Spring Is Here Cheer [Hooray!], my blog has been birthed (?) on another website.
I was asked to be a guest blogger on The Master of Unemployment’s website, and I composed a blog about how I struggled to find a job and yet I still don’t know what I’m doing with my life (topic: what is it like to be unemployed and/or a writer?) and you can find that here.
(Or if you’d like the web address, you may copy and paste the following):

I’d invite you to check it out and also read through his blog. He’s very funny.
I’ll write something better later.
Cheers to Spring!

Well I enjoyed reading my favorite blogger’s rantings. You’re the best.
ugh the Narnia and Edmond reference killed me. loved your guesticle post. haha
I’m glad you got it!
But of course you would.
